2008 Kickoff meeting & minutes

On Saturday the 23rd the Kickoff meeting was attended by a record 11 players who enthusiastically participated in a 10 over per side game. The teams were led by Srini and chandresh and came down to the last ball for a result. It was our 2007 player of the season who showed signs of carrying on the fighting spirit as he fought exhaustion to score in the dying moments. In the end the third umpires controversial ruling swung the game. Both the teams won and one team won a little more..

the ensuing discussion covered areas including team performance, player responsibilities, dues, strategies, practice and the gamut.

Coming on 66 E towards washington-
Take exit 71, ballston exit.
Turn left onto glebe rd at second traffic light.
Turn right onto Washington blvd at second traffic light.
Turn left at first traffic light. You should see a washington-lee highschool ground on your right once you turn left at this light.
You will drive infront of the school entrance. turn right onto parking garage.
We meet inside the hockey cage.
